Job description

We are looking for a proactive digital expert with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will take full ownership of MySecretCase e-commerce by coordinating and improving all marketing related activities and running online business. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with various teams, such as Marketing, Social and Operations, to manage the online shop.

You will be in charge of the P&L of the entire online platform, building and maintaining a targeted brand offer, with a strong focus on anticipating and meeting the needs of customers through:

- Defining yearly and monthly KPI
- Proposing and implementing actions to achieve the target
- Constantly measuring KPI and improving the daily operations

- Coordinate every MySecretCase marketing channel: social, newsletter, google, TV advertising, influencer marketing, offline events
- Assuring correct stock management
- Delivering accurate onsite and offsite optimisation analysis

- Pricing strategy
- Category display management
- Supplier and stock management

- You have a minimum of 4 years of significant experience (consulting or in a similar role)
- You know how to manage the e-commerce, or you really want to learn how to do it
- You are highly analytical (you can use Excel perfectly)
- You love the startup environment and want to bring in your knowledge and experience to have an impact on a leading growing e-commerce platform
